一管道內窺鏡的檢測環(huán)境要求

管道視頻內窺鏡不適合水下操作。當現(xiàn)場條件不能滿足時，應采取措施降低水位，以管道內水位不超過管道直徑的20％。

The pipeline video endoscope is not suitable for underwater operation. When the on-site conditions cannot be met, measures should be taken to lower the water level, so that the water level inside the pipeline does not exceed 20% of the pipeline diameter.

當管道內水位不符合管道內窺鏡的要求時，檢測前應對各種管道系統(tǒng)實施封堵導流，使管內水位可以滿足目標檢測技術要求。

When the water level inside the pipeline does not meet the requirements of the pipeline endoscope, various pipeline systems should be sealed and guided before detection, so that the water level inside the pipeline can meet the technical requirements of target detection.

在結構檢查前進行疏通和清潔。

當有下列情形之一時應中止檢測：

When one of the following situations occurs, the detection should be terminated:

當管內窺鏡鏡頭不能在管內行走或推桿不能在管內前進時

When the endoscope lens cannot move inside the tube or the push rod cannot move forward inside the tube

管道內窺鏡的鏡頭沾有污垢時；

When the lens of the pipeline endoscope is contaminated with dirt;

管道進行內窺鏡鏡頭可以浸入水中時；

When the endoscope lens of the pipeline can be immersed in water;

管道充滿霧時，影響圖像質量

When the pipeline is filled with fog, it affects the image quality

其他原因不能正常檢測時。

When other reasons prevent normal detection.

二管道內窺鏡技術要求

Technical requirements for two tube endoscopes

管道內窺鏡檢測設備的基本性能應符合下列要求

The basic performance of pipeline endoscopic inspection equipment should meet the following requirements

攝像進行鏡頭應具有平掃與旋轉仰俯與旋轉變焦系統(tǒng)功能，攝像鏡頭一個高度應可以通過自由發(fā)展調整；

The camera lens should have the functions of flat scanning, rotating pitch and rotating zoom system, and the height of the camera lens should be adjustable through free development;

推進線長120米以上，具有伸縮防水功能

The propulsion line is over 120 meters long and has a retractable waterproof function

主控制器應能在顯示器上同步顯示管道中的日期時間管徑和距離，并能對數(shù)據(jù)進行處理

The main controller should be able to synchronously display the date, time, diameter, and distance in the pipeline on the display, and be able to process the data

光照強度應能調節(jié)

The light intensity should be adjustable

測試設備應結構牢固，密封良好，能在0℃~+50℃和潮濕環(huán)境下正常工作；

The testing equipment should have a sturdy structure, good sealing, and be able to operate normally in 0 ℃~+50 ℃ and humid environments;

檢測技術設備應具備測距系統(tǒng)功能，電纜計數(shù)器的計量工作單位時間不應大于0.1m。

The detection technology equipment should have a distance measurement system function, and the measurement unit time of the cable counter should not exceed 0.1m.
